Guard Rail Installation Rig

Designed to make holes for installation of poles for road guard railing. It either does this with a hydraulic breaker or a hydraulic drifter, depending on the ground conditions. A boom with reach on both sides and in the rear of the truck ensure a sufficient working area. For mobility, the rig is built on a truck chassis. The loading deck on the truck combined with the trailer hitch and a loading crane gives great flexibility and the ability to transport and move poles and rails without the need of a separate truck.

Hydraulic power is generated from pumps mounted on the chassis PTO. All the functions of the machine are radio controlled, including the driving and steering of the truck. For better safety when working on busy roads, the road fence rig is fitted with cameras in blind spots and orange flashing work lights.
