AMV Grouting
Unit Skid Based

Designed to fill cracks and cavities in rock faces with cement-based mixtures, in order to stabilize and seal the rock face from water intrusion. It utilizes three grout pumps, which are connected to a computerized process line. The process line consists of a dry storage silo, chemical pumps, a cement mixer and agitators for intermediate storage. A special made computerized logging system keeps track of all necessary parameters such as cement recipes, amounts, pressures etc. in order to meet the demands of increasingly strict modern-day standards.

The grouting skid features a compact modular-based design which allows it to be easily transported in various manners. The unit is essentially two units connected with a quick coupling-system. This means that it can either be transported in two separate pieces using a wheel loader, or it can be transported in one piece, using an optional hook lift skid. The skid is equipped with support legs which ensure a safe, stable and leveled working environment. It is fully electric, and a hydraulically driven cable reel allows it to connect to 1000V, 690V or 400V power grids.
