AMV 4200
Shotcrete Robot

Designed for spraying of shotcrete on rock surfaces for securing of the rock, as well as protection against penetration of water and moisture. The machine has a simple and sturdy boom design which makes it the preferable option for mining- and tunnel applications with medium to large cross sections. The boom geometry with it long reach, makes the machine ideal larger cross sections, both underground and in rock cuts. The machine is ideal for shotcreting on membrane materials, where the long reach and easy operation makes the machine an efficient choice. The operator maneuver the machine from the surroundings, using the radio-controlled handheld operator panel, thus allowing flexible viewing position for to ensure the best overview of the working situation.

The machine is fitted with either a ball-valve or s-tube type, hydraulic operated concrete pump, both with a theoretic maximum pumping capacity of 25 m³ / hour. Hydraulic powerpack, air compressor and electric components are secured inside the enclosed container compartment. The machine can be delivered with three different drive lines; electro-hydraulic (1000V / 690V), diesel-hydraulic or hybrid (combination of electro-hydraulic and diesel-hydraulic).
