Underground Drilling

AMV 3ZXBC-CC

Designed for drilling holes for blast tunneling. It is controlled by the Bever Control V6 Control system to ensure precise and systematic drilling by preprogrammed drilling plan resulting in exact placement of holes. There are 3 separate booms fitted with feeder beams and Montabert hydraulic drifters and one charge basket boom.

The cabin fits one seated and one standing operator, and all rig functions are controllable from the seat through buttons, switches and joysticks on the chair consoles, while touch screens are used for monitoring the drilling process. It is also equipped with air conditioning, noise isolation and mounted on a lifting mechanism that minimizes the transport height and enables favorable cabin positioning when drilling.

Propulsion is by Deutz diesel engine and the rig is equipped with a 3-speed forward and reverse transmission with four-wheel drive. The front axle is rigid, and the rear axle is pendulum mounted, which allows for motion along the longitudinal axis. Both axles are equipped with hydraulically operated brakes and tires for heavy loads, including twin wheels for the front axle.
